We are strong Allies, and work well with diverse adults to help them move from surviving into thriving. I've worked extensively with helping professionals: counselors, MDs, PAs, nurses, OT/PT/STs, LMTs and love it! It is so rewarding to "help the helpers" so they can be lighter and brighter for their own professions. Mentoring Social Workers is also a passion of mine, and I offer licensure and billing supervision and business consulting/coaching. Always an Ally, and over the past decade about 1/3 of my clients have identified as LGBTQIA+. My clients notice that I am able to hold space for and support them during the most difficult parts of their healing journey. With over a decade of experience working with clients through their early childhood trauma. grief/loss, anxiety/panic, and current life challenges, I'm able to compassionately walk that difficult path with others. I utilize Brainspotting when clients want to use it, a technique developed out of EMDR, which helps target, reprocess and release emotional activation.
